Try Pole Fitness

Pole fitness is one of the newest forms of exercise to sweep the health world.  It is an amazing way to tone, slim down, and gain strength.  Who doesn't want all of that?  With as little as one hour per week, you will see and feel a difference in your body and in your confidence.  Pole tricks are both challenging and inspiring at the same time.  It is amazing what bodies can do with this one piece of equipment. 

Come see for yourself.  If you have never tried a pole trick before, let me be the first to warn you it is addicting!  The freedom you feel in your first spin will never be forgotten.  One of the many amazing things about pole fitness is that there is always a next step, something new to learn and challenge you.
